Colliery Road owns the copyright in all materials on this site which may be used, downloaded, copied, reproduced, republished, posted, broadcast, transmitted or linked only for your own personal and non-commercial use.

Purchasing from this website We will not use your details other than stated in our privacy policy.
Once we have placed your order you will be sent an email copy of your order, this is to confirm your order details - this does not mean we have checked and verified your order. If there is some information that we require to complete your order we will try to contact you by email a maximum of three times, if we do not recieve a reply or the email is returned undelivered then the order will automatically be cancelled and no further action will be taken on our part. If ordered before 3pm GMT we will try to proccess your order the same working day. In most cases if we are unable to dispatch a product to you within 7 working day of your order, we will email you with delivery details and give you the option to cancel or change your order. If payment is by cheque it can take up to 5 working days or longer to clear the cheque and despatch the goods. Your order will be sent to you as soon as we have recieved nd verified payment. If you discover you have made a mistake with your order please contact us immediately by email sales@personalcomposer.co.uk stating your order number name and the Invoice/Billing address postcode.
Prices All prices on our website are in GBP pounds sterling and inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise but exclusive of delivery charges which will be payable as indicated at the time of placing your order.
Due to exchange rate variations and fluctuations, when other currencies are shown these are for information and are an approximation in that currency.

Estimated Delivey Times (from day of despatch) Delivery times are subject to availablity and are based on the published schedules of our couriers. These are best estimates and therefore should not be taken as any form of guarantee. We aim to deliver goods to you within the time indicated by us but we cannot give an exact delivery date. Due to weight restrictions or other factors - we may choose to deliver the goods in several consignments but will not charge any extra delivery for this. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. As soon as we have delivered the goods you will be responsible for them. If you delay accepting a delivery, our responsibility for everything other than damage due to our negligence will end on the date the carrier tried to deliver the goods to you All delivery times are measured in Business days, meaning Monday to Friday.
Damaged or defective goods NOTE Where outer packaging is clearly damaged in transit please ensure that if you accept the delivery you sign DAMAGED CONSIGNMENT. You may also choose to refuse to take delivery of the package, in this case once we recieve the package and have checked it, we will send a replacement within the next 2 working days, subject to stock and availability.
Business customers If your business has a credit account with us payment is due 30 days after the date of our invoice and we may charge interest for late payment calculated daily at 4% above Barclays Bank base rate.
Other information Failure by us to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions.
Your right to cancel If you are a consumer (and not a business), under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the contract for the purchase of any items within 7 days of delivery. This applies to all of our products. However, this does not include software or recordable media (such as CD-R and CD-RW Discs) where the item has been opened or unsealed. If you have accepted delivery of the goods or someone has accepted delivery on your behalve - To cancel this contract, please write on the delivery note that accompanies your item/s, "CONTRACT CANCELLATION". Please package the relevant item/s securely and send it/them to us with the delivery note so that we receive it within 10 working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is found to be faulty. If we do not receive the item back from you with the delivery note, we may arrange for collection of the item from you at your cost - this cost will be deducted from any refund of payment. You should be aware that, once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, shipping or postage and packing ). We would remind you that once you have notified us of your desire to cancel the contract there is a legal requirement for you to take good care of the goods. We will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for the cancelled item(s) within 14 days of us receiving your cancellation.
